After more than a decade as one-fourth of global pop phenomenon Little Mix, Jade Thirlwall has launched her solo career with poise and purpose – delivering a sound that’s both mature and boldly experimental. JADE’s debut album, THAT’S SHOWBIZ BABY, is slated for release later this year, led by the genre-blurring singles ‘FUFN (F*ck You For Now)’ and ‘Plastic Box’. Promising an intoxicating blend of club nostalgia and playful hyperpop, the record showcases her dynamic vocal range – shifting seamlessly between airy falsetto, velvety mid-tones, and syncopated, punchy phrasing.

The album also heralds her first tour as a solo artist, which if her televised performance at this year’s BRIT Awards is anything to go by, will be a spectacle to behold. Winning ‘Best Pop Act’, JADE staged a theatrical, five-act version of ‘Angel of My Dreams’ – complete with costume changes, trapdoors and angel wing-enabled flying stunts.
