Our Meeting Rooms

Our Authors Lounge is located on the first floor of the hotel, this meeting room boosts high ceilings with natural daylight and air conditioning. The meeting space has a fixed boardroom layout and can accommodate up to 14 people.  The neutral décor is the perfect backdrop to impress clients, hold training sessions or brainstorm with colleagues.

The meeting space is fully equipped with a large LCD TV with Bluetooth connection, plug sockets built into the table, build in sound system and stationery.

Refreshments are available from the Parlor outside the meeting room.

Catering for up to 80 people The Parlor Place is an event space which is the perfect place to meet and unwind in this chic and contemporary area.

The Parlor Place is an area that can be reserved for small get-togethers, after work drinks, parties or basically any occasion for a group to gather. The Parlor Place has its own private bar exclusive for your group. We have a fantastic range of gourmet canapes and street food to suit any event and offer a wide array of premium cocktails, fine wines, beers and spirits. Why not reserve this area for your next celebration?

The Parlor Place can also be extended to incorporate the Parlor Media Room allowing social events for up to 110 standing.

The Parlor Media Room is a small meeting room in the hotel which is cozy and inviting, with a boardroom table that can accommodate up to 20 people. We can also cater for up to 30 people theatre style.  The walls are adorned with framed artwork and soft lighting which creates a warm ambiance.  The Parlor Media Room can be equipped with a whiteboard, flip chart, and there is a built in TV with wifi connection. Refreshments such as water, coffee, and tea are available just ask our team.   The Parlor Media Room, is a professional and well-appointed space perfect for intimate meetings or brainstorming sessions.

The Parlor Media Room is also a beautiful space for more intimate social events and private dining.
